RFA sues to protect rights of individual anglers

Now that the challenge itself is filed (check out the full complaint as filed in the U.S. District Court of New Jersey at http://www.joinrfa.org/Press/SeaBassComplaint_110409.pdf), the real courtroom challenge is being readied. As Tony Bogan said, this case “goes way beyond sea bass…it addresses the potential action by NMFS in the future to arbitrarily close fisheries on a whim or because of survey trends or ideology.” We need more support on the ground for these efforts - but the case is moving forward!
